Christmas Cookie Creations and Casual Conversation

The Christmas season is almost upon us. And that means it's time to decorate cookies and start indulging before making resolutions in January! So join us at Helena's newest bakery, the Vanilla Bean, for a fun time of decorating cookies, enjoying some hot drinks and generally having a good time.

Here are the details:
Tuesday, December 2 from 5-7 p.m.
The Vanilla Bean is located at 201 N. Rodney (yes, a mere 238 steps from my home, according to Merideth)
We'll provide everything you need to decorate cookies as well as hot cider. Coffee, tea, and other great desserts will be available for purchase.

We had a great time of worship last Sunday at ExplorationWorks and I'm just now getting to putting up some pictures.

What we're about

Worshiping God in ways that are…
authentic, life-giving, and life-changing
rooted in rich Christian heritage
relevant to our lives

Growing in faith…
being shaped by the Bible
becoming more like Jesus
transforming our lives

Serving as Jesus served…
living out our faith in practical ways
investing our resources, our time, and our very selves
partnering with others

Communion at Headwaters

We will be taking communion regularly in our services and will have both wine and juice available. All those who follow Jesus are welcome to participate in communion at Headwaters. We leave to parents the decision of whether their children are prepared to take part in communion.

Giving at Headwaters

Your offerings to Headwaters are fully tax deductible. Until we get our financial systems in place (Tax ID, bank accounts, etc.) our finances are handled through our parent church, the Evangelical Covenant Church of Helena. Please make checks out to ECC and designate Headwaters in the memo line.

Children at Headwaters

We provide childcare for infants through elementary-aged children during our entire worship service time. This includes times of play as well as structured activities. Children are also welcome to participate in worship with their families. Our childcare workers have undergone training on keeping children safe and have had background checks.
